A Little Gem in Genoa Bay, Vancouver Island

Beautiful Genoa Bay

I would like to take this opportunity to talk about a quaint and fine food restaurant located in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. If you ever get a chance to take in this gorgeous community don’t hesitate to visit Genoa Bay Cafe.

The restaurant is owned and run by some fabulous gentlemen Stacey Johnson, Gord Rumley, and Dan Caird. The restaurants chef Dave Cartner's expertise in fine cuisine is apparent in his presentation and tantalizing the taste buds. Stacey and Gord are fantastic hosts. Their wonderful humor and excellent service provides an enjoyable lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend a visit.

Take a drive on a winding road to a hidden gem. This out of the way unexpected destination is surreal. Such wonderful scenery along with a hidden marina. You would have never known this delightful place existed. Enjoy an afternoon on the sun filled patio. Relax with the soft breeze off the ocean. See the boats pull into dock for a glass of wine and some calamari. How could ask for anything more. You think you have found a heavenly retreat. I can't say enough about the fantastic food, location, and service. All I can say is make the trip and see what I have been saying. You will not be disappointed.
Bon appétit

The inviting seduction.
